Q: The globes I have are stuck on green and red, any idea how to reset it? I’ve tried referring to the manual but nothin is working

Mine also got stuck, but it was on red only. I brought it inside and turned it off for about 24 hours. It seemed to "reboot" the lights and they now rotate through the colors again.

Q: How long is this when hung up?

With out being at home, I would say that it hangs down 1 1/2 to 2 feet.

Q: what are the balls made of? I live in a windy area.

They are plastic- like shiny plastic chunks squeezed into balls. It makes them shinier. Mine are hung near my house, so they don't get the full brunt of the wind. I could see the strings getting tangled if it was too windy. The colors are FABULOUS!

Q: I have two of these and love them ,but no manuel..how can i get one??? and is iit safe to leave hanging out in the winter???

I bring mine in for the winter only because you would not ordinarily see butterflies in winter where I live but I could see no reason why it would not keep working as long as the sun was hitting the solar panel.
