These coverings are great as they allow privacy but still let the light in, in a sparkly design. The film is pretty thick and easy to apply and remove.

This was the easiest, most economical, and beautiful home improvement project ever! This film looks beautiful in any lighting, with very subtle colors on cloudy days and gorgeous rainbows thrown across the floor and walls on sunny days!

We rented an airbnb with lots windows in the front room. It was a bedroom & I didn’t like everyone that walks by can see inside the bedroom. Purchased these to cover several windows, best part - I could put on / off with no damage. We now use in our home, ( same ones-used) to cover half front window in our home and the back patio. It has cut down our dog barking at strangers by 70%. Very pleased . Also pretty when sun shines thru.

A lonesome and anxious puppy destroyed our front door curtain when she was left home alone and we desperately needed a solution to provide privacy without blocking incoming light. We decided to give this window film a try. I followed instructions and used water to apply this film, and it did allow me to adjust and reinstall when I felt it needed it. We are very happy with the results! In the day time, it is difficult to see through, and in the right light creates rainbows on the walls. I was worried about night time, with the inside lit up, but you can’t see anything but shadows if people approach the inside of the door. I tried to get decent photos but it’s difficult to convey! It’s a good and cheap privacy solution!

My mom initially did not want anything on her doors and windows because she didn’t want to keep sunlight out of our home. However, we live in a townhouse and were surrounded with neighbors, After 3 years I wanted some space loll. Installation of this product was easy, I made sure to clean the window really well and even tried overlapping some of the film to make the window more cloudy (the film is layerable and stackable, though I only used two layers!) The squeegee from the 99 cents store saved me a lot of time and took out all the bubbles. I followed someone’s suggestion of using clear tape to secure the edges and now the film sits flat. Today was a really sunny day and the film started to make mini rainbows on the window. I think this is a great product and hopefully it will last us for a very long time.

I work in a cubicle with 7 foot walls. It has a door that closes and a two-pane window with each pane measuring about 36 x 18 inches. The design of the cubicle makes it impossible to hang curtains over the window and I was left feeling like an exhibit at the zoo. No one can walk by the window without being compelled to look inside. I found the Instruban Window Privacy Film and it looked to be the answer I was searching for. The images look amazing, but I'm in the interior of a building with no light shining through the window, so I don't get the rainbow effect. It does effectively blur the view of passersby as well as my view of them, which helps lessen my distraction. It does not completely obscure the inside of my office, but I no longer feel like I am on exhibit.Application was fairly easy. Managing a 36x18" strip of vinyl was a little cumbersome, but I was able to readjust the fit (several times) and it still clung to the window in the end.I would suggest cutting over the needed amount and then trimming the edges once it's fitted into the window frame. Somehow I ended up a little short and have about 1/2 inch gap on one side.

I used this product on my front door windows. It worked great. The color was so pretty when the sun shines through them. It was easy to apply and it hasn't come loose.

It’s great for privacy butttttt the edges curl up and before someone says to clean the window first and then spray water so it’ll stick,I did that. Did not help. You know what the hero of the day was? Sheer double sided tape. Yup. Taped the edges down. That was the only way. Becides that part I like it and hope it doesn’t fall off fast. We will see.
