Is the nano better than the 12 needles cartridges ? And why?

Dear, this A6 adjustment range is 0.25-2.5mm,12 or 36 needles will more painful and more effective than nano needles if is severe acne scars.
So severe acne scars you could use 12 or 36 needles, but 12 needles will more painful and more effective than 36 needles, 36 needles can be used in remov spots or skin whitening and moisturize in the later stage.
A. 1 needles, 3 needles, 7 needles: tattoo
B. 9 needles, 12 needles, 36 needles: skin care
Different size for different treatment:
0.25mm: Boosts application of products applied to skin; Anti-Aging
0.3mm: Improve skin complex, reduce fine lines, lighten pigmentation, shrink pores
0.5mm: Reducing Face Wrinkles, Anti-Aging, Acne Scar Removal
1.0 mm: Treating Cellulite, Removing Stretch Marks, Treating Deep Wrinkles, Skin Pigmentation
1.5 mm-2.5mm: Burn Scars, Surgery Scars, Treating Back Acne Scars, Deep Scars (Stomach, Thighs, Legs, Breasts), Hair Loss treatment.

How many cartridges for one order? And many pins for each cartridge? I want 12 pins. Does one order have 10 cartridges with 12 pins each?

No they are nano cartridges. Also very good. If you want the 12 pin cartridges it will state so in the description. If you don't know the difference between nano and 12 pins then you should be careful doing the treatment because if you were trained properly you would know the difference.. There are also 24 , 36 and 42 pin cartridges available.

What needle length setting is recommended when using the nano cartdrige?

It depends on your pen. Sometimes you have to turn it to the highest setting to actually feel the Nano plate. I recommend that you do a test on your skin first. Lower the speed and be very careful with the pressure around the eye area and neck. It’s really all about the pressure.

I am having an issue with them not locking unto my pen.  Do you have a suggestion how to correct this?
