I didn't realize I needed a magnifying glass until I got this one to work on my computer. Holy cow this is nice!! I love that the lighting color can change so you can see more clearly depending on the ambient light around you. I also appreciate how clear things are as you look through it. Absolutely would recommend this for someone who needs a little extra help seeing small details and it would also be a wonderful item for someone who struggles with their vision in everyday life with reading too. The additional light that is provided is a huge help, and I'm very glad I bought this item.

You get up in years like me and the fine print on just about anything poses a true bother! I have a "Sherlock Holmes" type glass on the desk that works fairly well in good lighting conditions. Later on in the evening not so well. I bought this product not really expecting much. Boy was I wrong. The big glass was sent to the bottom drawer, and this one became the star of the show. The different light settings are great! The glass is a perfect size for most reading needs. I really do recommend giving this a try. I think you'll be pleased with what you "see."

Getting up there in years, these visual aids become inevitable. But the design this is great. Nice strong magnification and the light control and variety work great. It comes with a little pouch, if you're anything like me, it's not going to get used. On a plus side, the design is such that you can set it on flat surface and the lens will not get scratched; plastic is thick and descent.

Large lens is helpful and magnifies properly. Mostly use for examining puzzle pieces. Has accompanying 3 different lights to illuminate the object if necessary. Little top heavy so does require firm grip as opposed to finger tips.

I have purchased three of these, one was a gift for my father. He laughed because he said he didn’t know he needed a magnifying glass but one day he was reading something that was small. These are good to have on hand. I have two around the house for myself. I like the light also.

Amazingly good quality, especially for the price. Very bright and provides different light colors, fluorescent, daylight, yellowish light (simulating incandescent). Good magnification. Highly recommend!

I love this product. It has 3 light settings which I find super helpful. If 1 setting isn't exactly like you wanted for a specific task. You have 2 other options. I have yet to find something it didn't work well on.

I received this LED magnifier this afternoon. After inserting batteries, I repeatedly tried, unsuccessfully, to turn on the light. Then, as I was reinserting the batteries, the light turned on ("mixed color" status), but since then, I have consistently been unable to switch it off!It is clear that the switch is defective.That said, I was impressed by the sharp image magnification that the lens produced.I will update this review, depending upon JMH Magnifying's handling of the problem.
