PME Professional Aluminum Baking Pan Round 8 x 4, 8-Inch, Silver

I purchased several of these for use in my plant nursery to bottom water pots. I fill the pan about 2/3 of the way with water/nutrient mix and then lets pots sit in them for about 10 minutes. Not the intended use for these pans, but they do the trick for me!

Good product for the price. It is a bit deep but not too wide. It's easy to clean and cakes made in it come out without sticking if it is greased or parchment paper is used.

It works very well as long as you hear and flour it. I use it to make some interesting cakes like coffee and tort.

I was kinda hoping it would be a bit taller. It came in a few days early, and no dents to it. If you need to know, it took me 4 boxes of cake batter to fill it up, but that just depends what kind of mix you use. Overall I’m satisfied

Bought this for making bread in my 9" dutch oven. Lowering my no-knead bread dough into the Dutch oven caused it to collapse. This looked like just the right size. It worked! After the first rise, I proof the dough in this pan, having rubbed some olive oil on the inside, then simply place it in the Dutch oven and then into the oven itself at 430F. The bread takes the pan's form and rises just above the top edge. The oil gives the sides and bottom a slightly crispy texture - perfect!The bread comes out real easy and the clean up is straightforward with a cloth and dish soap. There is a very slight brown discoloration around the top inch or so, which doesn't come off but is almost unnoticeable, but the surface touching the bread dough is still very clean after dozens of uses.I would buy again if needed.

This pan is the perfect size and the size I’ve been looking for in order to make cake or any kind of dessert. I specifically got this pan to make the Japanese matcha flavored soufflé cake and it did the job! I highly recommend anyone this pan size if you are wanting to make a simple cake, cheesecake, or any kind of dessert.

This has been the perfect pan for baking bread perfect size of round breads and even baking and browning. I love it.
