I use this product to boost my glutathione production in my liver and to detoxify and purge my liver, also to stimulate a bowel movement as needed. The first two tries didn’t have the desired effect. The first one I feel like my body just removed on instinct. So I subsequently put in a second before bed. Nothing happened. Third try the next day though, and there was an expected effect. So just be aware it may not work on the first try and keep trying.My detox protocol for Lyme suggests two enemas a day while you’re herxing. I didn’t want the potential mess, so I tried these. I don’t think they work quite as well, but they’re helping.

This product is actually working for bile release.

This product did nothing! Supposedly an enema product, but not sure why...? I would like to return it.
