This book is life changing. Even my family noticed the change in my actions and words. I ordered another book but it was not the book I wanted. It was big like a school journal. I would like to order the small reading book but can't figure out how. I want to give this book to all my friends and family.

This members book (study guide) and the video's that go with it will change the way you look at complaining. James has the gift of communicating God's word and bring it to life. He drives home truth but in a humorous way. I highly recommend this study. This is my third time through it. First time as a participant in a group at church and the following two times as a leader. That is how strongly it influenced me.

This is an excellent workbook for anyone who is seeking to do some honest self reflection! To learn about things that may be hindering their personal walk with God and preventing them from moving forward with a more positive attitude, that is free from the things that hinder us. I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to take an honest look at themselves!

Excellent book and Bible study. Relates to everyone and clarifies many scriptures making application to today easily understood. Very few marks in book and well worth the used price. I received the book in the mail in 8 days.

I choose 5 stars because of the content of the book. If you want a mirror that tells you the truth of who you are and what do you need to improve, this is it!. This book help me a lot with my behavior as a Christian in everywhere not only in church. I highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with attitudes in life.

James MacDonald's teachings provide a unique perspective on attitude. His biblical references to the children of Israel offer not only insight into my own negative attitudes, but more importantly how to go about changing them.
