used it on cantaloupe not on watermelon yet. took a few minutes to get my hands and the slicer to work together. Looking forward to trying it on watermelon.

The videos for these slicers make it look like the best thing to happen for watermelon lovers. Unfortunately, I never could slice a watermelon as easy as they they show in those videos. These will be going up on my wife's next yard sale.

I was eagerly excited to order one of these. My friends had one and they were telling me how much fun and how neat this watermelon slicer worked. This was nicely packaged in a little box and was shipped quickly after I purchased it. I rated this watermelon slicer corer cutter knife with tongs and a nice silicone handle,..for a nice grip...with a five star review....I could not wait to get my hands on it and try it out and experiment with it.Our family is always buying watermelon and melons and I was so surprised how this slices them. It worked like magic... the quality and the performance of this nice kitchen gadget..watermelon slicer and melon baller..makes the fruit so even and pretty..to eat and nice to use for any occasion..I loved the silicone handle for the nice grip and it is dishwasher safe as well. Just be careful if your are hand-washing it, as it is a little sharp and you must be careful.. It is made with stainless steel and is perfect for slicing melons..If you need a little gift for someone, this is great gift. I am highly recommending this and I don't think you will be disappointed.
