Great product. Extremely effective!
I bought a new bow two years ago and also switched over to these slick trick broadheads as well. I was impressed with the flight of them as they tended to group right with my field points. My first kill was opening morning of archery season when a bear walked below my tree stand, the shot was a little far back but was a complete pass through. My kill was a quartering away shot at a nice non typical buck at 25 yards. It was not a complete pass through but did enough damage that the deer only ran 50 yards And piled up. To finish off my season I called in a beautiful 7x7 bull and shot him quartering away at 18 yards, again I didnt get a complete pass through but the ol slick trick got the job done and I watched my bull die at a distance of 43 yards from me. Last season I killed a small 6x6 bull at 40 yards and got a complete pass through, bull ran 15 yards and died. Moral of my story is that these things do incredible damage and fly extremely well. Remember that a well tuned bow and lots of practice is the key to success. Good luck and shoot stright

Only broadhead I'll shoot
Great broad head! Best penetration I've found with big square entry and exit wounds. I shot G5 Montecs for years and had troubles with blood trails drying up fast! Within 40yards of a double lung on a Bull elk. I switched to these and I'll never go back! Flys awesome and a excellent broadhead for hunters looking to shoot at longer distances 80, 90, 100 yards because of the aerodynamics and low drag of this broadhead. Every animal I have shot with these broadheads have been a complete pass through and I've hit ribs and shoulder blades. The blades will bend if you hit bone hard enough but all you have to do is buy the replacement blades throw them in and you're ready to go. I do shoot a high speed, high kinetic energy bow (Bowtech RPM 360 with 470grain arrows) which helps a lot but I tested G5, toxic, kudu point, carbon express, and rage and the viper trick had the best penetration of all and best flight was a tie with the rage and the viper trick.

Fly like my field tips and amazingly strong.
I have used many broadheads over the years (15+) and these are the best for two very important reasons. They fly just like my field tips and they are amazingly strong. I have shot and missed, arrow hitting rocks, and 4 out of 5 times the broad head is still ready to shoot again. My last Javelina I hit running at 55 yards and it cut it rear leg off. I pick up the arrow and used it for the killing shot, and I could still used it again if I needed to. All the other broad heads I have used in the past were one and done.

Works like a charm!
I purchased this after having the original slick tricks. I will say that I took a shot from a tree stand about 18 yards away from the buck. After following a good blood trail and finding the buck, I was surprised to not see the arrow in him. It took me some back tracking, but I found the arrow at the spot where the buck got hit. I couldn't believe it, but the arrow went straight through the buck. I have now bought a second set of these vipers. I will say if you hit anything besides broadhead targets or deer, the heads tend to get bent and dull. However if you stick to correct targets and deer, they should last.

DO NOT fly like field tips
I've been shooting expandables the last couple years for antelope and whitetails. I'm heading out West for elk this fall and decided to switch to fixed blades following some reviews of Slick Trick Vipers. Well I'm not impressed. I was shooting consistent one inch patterns with my field points out to 30 yards. I'm lucky to hit a 10 inch pie plate at 20 yards with these broad heads. I'm giving them a 3 star simply because the way they go together. They do not easily fall apart as do many of the other fixed blade broadheads.I also purchased Wac Ems and those were even worse for accuracy. Switching back to expandables and will take my chance with penetration on elk this fall. If I can be accurate, there is better change of good penetration.

Can't go wrong with slick trick's.
Very sharp blades. They are as advertised.

Slick Trick Viper Trick (stvt 100)
Prior to my recent elk Utah bow hunt I experimented with several of the most popular broad heads, both fixed and expandable. While they flew well, out of a well tuned bow, none of grouped as well at longer distances than the Slick trick stvt. The 100 gr head blew completely through the big 5x5 at 55 yards and left a nasty hole on the way through. SOLID, SHARP AND DEADLY ACCURATE !

The best broadhead I've ever used.
This is my favorite broadhead of all time. I've tried every other broadhead on the market. The big name mechanicals never suited me. Got tire of blades rattling loose while hunting and inconsistent penetration on game. Shot Slick Trick Standard and Razor Tricks and was really happy, but this broadhead gives amazing penetration and it's easier to assemble than the Razor Trick. Field point accuracy and easy to follow blood trails. Penetration on game is awesome!!
