Q: I decided to paint my walls and needed to remove the clock. Do I need to buy another clock or do you sell the adhesive for the numbers?

You would need an adhesive. Double sided sticky tape , silicone modge pidge or glue. I would suggest any permanent glue adhesive.

Q: How come my clock isnt working?

you probably have a defective middle piece and need to request an exchange. Make sure you install the hour and minute needles correctly. Mine has been working fine for the past 2 months since purchase

I estimate by sight 2/12 -3 inches tall
