Dear, Thanks for your message, refer to our installation instructions, hope it will help you. 1.There is plastic protector film on the front & back glass, please peel off before use. 2.If your phone have another screen protector installed before installing the phone case, because the double protective film will cause insensitive touch. 3.Please check that the phone screen is free of water mist and dust before installing the phone case. and please check whether there is a gap on the edge of the phone case. If there is a gap, you can press it manually and then try to touch the screen. We do offer WARRANTY to all our products, do not worry. If anything we can do for you, please feel to let us know.

Q: How do you contact seller? I did a return already through Amazon and once again with one drop the screen cracked. Will not allow me to contact seller

I bought 3 and the screen on everyone cracked, I was so mad I just threw them in the trash
