A2DP Music Streaming

With A2DP music streaming capabilities, the SuperTooth Visor One allows you to listen to music from your mobile or Bluetooth enabled MP3 player, via the speaker in the device. Perfect for that picnic in the park with friends.

Dimensions Multi-Point Connectivity

The SuperTooth Visor One allows you to pair 2 mobile devices, via Bluetooth technology, simultaneously. So, if you have a work mobile and personal mobile, or if you and a partner share a vehicle for example, then the SuperTooth One is the device for you!

Voice Control

Voice Control allows you to answer a call without taking your hands off the wheel. Simply say "ok" to answer the call. You do have the option of pressing the green button to answer a call if you prefer or press the red button on the device to reject the call.

Ease of Use

Installation couldn't be simpler. The device just slides onto the cars sun visor - no wires, no glue, no screws. The SuperTooth Visor One is a fully portable device for use in the car or in the office / home as a loud-speaker or conference calling device. The plastic clip is fixed to the device by sliding easily into position. There are 2 main keys on the device:

The Red Key - press the red button to reject an in-coming call.

The Green Key - use the green button to turn the device on or off; answer a call or redial the last number.

The volume is controlled by the simple up and down buttons.

The SuperTooth Visor One utilises Bluetooth Version 2.0 to provide wireless connectivity. The connection with a paired device has a range of 10m. When the device is situated in the vehicle in standby mode it will automatically recognise when the paired device comes back into range and connect seamlessly. This will also work in the reverse when leaving the vehicle.

Situated on the front of the device is a Bluetooth indicator. This lets you know when the device is paired and is switched on. It also starts to flash red when the battery is getting low.

The SuperTooth Visor One takes up to 3 hours to fully charge. Once charged the device will remain on standby for up to 800 hours and boasts a talk-time of up to 15 hours. It comes complete with an in-car (cigarette-lighter) charger but any mini-usb charger will fit the device.

When Did the Legislation Change?
The legislation regarding the use of mobile phones in motor vehicles changed on the 1st December 2003. Prior to this it was not illegal to use mobile phones whilst driving although it was frowned upon by the police and the Highways Agency.

What Does the Change in Legislation Mean?
The change in the legislation means that it is now illegal to use a mobile phone handset whilst in charge of vehicle i.e: when the vehicle is in movement. This means that if you are pulled over by the police for using a mobile phone whilst driving, you will immediately have three points put on your license and are also liable to pay a fine which can range from £30 up to a maximum of £2500.

The Use of Hands Free Kits
The change to the legislation does not apply to hands-free kits, so you may still use one, providing is a true hands-free device. If you are using a Bluetooth device or a mobile phone in a cradle in your car then this is acceptable.
