Programmed 3 keys to my 2014 Sentra quickly and easily

I need to get return tag please. This tools are useless.I ordered one at Ian 23 2023. And after I received it I tried to use with owner Manu and the instructions was inthe tool boxes but simple key programmer is useless and wasn't able even to program one car keys and I did return after few days. I never orthered anything

this was very simple. you just get your key cut ( i took mine to Home Depot and they didn't even charge for the cut), then turn the dial to the number listed in the manual, then plug it in and follow the instructions. I did not need the videos or the instruction book. Was able to program the newly cut key and an old key i had not used in many years. Locksmith wanted $270 to come out do do the same thing

Box comes up with VIN error. Docs say this means it was used before. Purchased from company's Amazon store, new in box(bag), "not returnable if removed" sticker where it should be. I had the key that came with it cut before programming, because that's how you're supposed to do it, then ran into this issue.Tech support does not exist. Annoyed staff directed me to press an option for support that the voice menu says is actually for another product entirely. This company is a clown show. Returning as defective. I'll find another product to do this basic thing.

Plug in easy and walk through easy but it just didn't want to take. Got error 4, error 5...frustrating. finally got all 4 keys to wrk. Key fob and key trans. A day later I can't turn on car 😫. Had to try all keys again, only 1 out of 4 wrks.
