Broken latch after only 1 month of use
I bought this water bottle for my daughter’s birthday in early August since she is obsessed with Anna. There aren’t a lot of Anna products out there so I was excited to see an only Anna water bottle. Bonus that it was also stainless as I like to keep the plastic at a minimum. The button for the latch snapped this morning (sept 19th) and now it won’t close making it not usable. We have only been using this water bottle for a little over 1 month. Don’t waste your money on this cheaply made water bottle.

NOT double wall
The product listing says 'double wall', as in the stainless steel is double wall insulated but its not, its single wall. Otherwise works great, my daughter loves. Just wish it was double wall as it states, because those stay insulated better than single wall.

Lid broke
The cup itself is very nice. My daughter loved it but the top broke after normal use. I have many other cups from other brands that have not broke and I have had them a lot longer. I wouldn’t purchase again because the quality is poor and price is a high.

Locktop breaks too easily.
The media could not be loaded. This is a great product accept the lock top broke the first time it was used.Very disappointed 4 y/o.This is too expensive to keep replacing.The double walled version is great for keeping liguids cold and little hands can hold this without "freezing" their hands.The company is aware of this problem.
