Chipping and breaking
Exact product as is shown in the picture. Super sad part is, the bag is chipping and breaking.

Buyer beware
I rarely write a review. But this bag is very poorly made. It looks cheap. The stitching is uneven and loose. Btw they ship it without packaging so it arrived literally smashed. Amazon should not be dealing with this company nor should you.

Great bag!
I was a bit worried because I found conflicting information about the product size and handles but it was exactly as I hoped (and as the pictures show), so I am very happy. There is an unevenness at the top (where the weave ends), but I looked around and all handmade baskets of this material do that. It doesn't really show that much in the end, it's just that we are so used to machine-made things looking perfect that this bag looks imperfect, but it's just handcrafted and therefore more valuable like this.

Poorly made!
Very poorly made. The palm leaves are broken or coming apart in many different places. Very disappointed. I will be returning this item.
