Great so far
It was pretty easy to set up, though I had to figure out HP's terminology, and everything connects to it easily. I set it up solely on wifi and it works with both PCs and an ipad.

No more messy ink cartridges
Excellent printer overall. Very easy to set up. Large paper tray for less frequent paper loading. Very fast with clear printing. No more worries with ink drying out. Suits our needs well as this is not a frequently used printer. Not overly large either. Highly recommended.

Great small multifunctional unit
Compact wireless printer scanner copier. My usage is extremely low but wanted a sturdy unit that is reliable and quick for the times I do need to print 20-30 pages. This has been great so far

Impressive!
I am someone who got tired of buying expensive ink cartridges for inkjet printers that would dry out if not used regularly, especially in the winter, so I decided I could live with just a black & white printer and switched to a laser printer. After reviewing a number of them, I decided on this one, especially since it was a really good price before Christmas. Some people in their reviews said they had difficulty setting this up, which I don't understand. If you sign in to HP according to the setup instructions and follow them, I think this was the easiest setup of anything that I've ever had! (I've had computers and printers since 1998.) It does not come with a user manual, but the manual can be found online, and I saved it on my iPad. I printed some forms and was surprised that they automatically came out double sided just like the originals. I thought I would have to tell it to print on both sides if that's what I wanted. It was very fast for my home needs and isn't as noisy as the old inkjet printer was. I don't know much else about it yet, but so far I am very impressed!

Multiple Defective Replacement Toner/Ink Cartridges
I ordered this printer in December 2024. It worked well until I ran low on ink art the end of May. I then enrolled in "instant ink" subscription via the HP Smart App and received my first replacement toner/ink cartridge a few weeks ago. I carefully followed all instructions and watched videos to ensure correct installation, but was greeted with "Error 11" on the display screen. After some investigating, I learned that others have encountered the same issue (this error indicates that a problem with the printer communicating with the toner/ink cartridge). I tried to address the issue myself, following instructions from HP staff on various forums and going through steps on YT.After hours of no progress, I submitted a ticket and got on the phone with the HP tech support. After she guided me through various tests, she concluded that the toner/ink replacement cartridge they sent was defective. After several hours on hold and going through this process, they offered me 10% off another replacement cartridge, this time the "regular" and not the "instant ink" which I believed would last longer and better suit my printing needs. I was incredulous as this amounted to a $5 discount, when it was their defective part they sent me, and after hours of lost time and ultimately weeks without a functioning printer. After expressing my discontent, they upgraded to 20% off (amounting to $10) and I continued to express I didn't feel this was fair or reasonable. No further offer was made. This was more than a week ago, and now the new toner/ink cartridge has arrived. And I honestly was not all that surprised when I once again was presented with "Error 11" on the display screen. We will see where this ends but I am extremely disappointed with the quality or lack thereof of the replacement cartridges, and how I was treated by the tech and customer service teams.

Unpacked the box followed the VERY SIMPLE instructions and within maybe 12-15 minutes was printing through my network. Hooked right up to wifi with zero issues!! I'm not a tech person at all. This process could not have been any easier (Not like some other brands) Highly recommend this printer!!
