Q: Dx5c ? Will this fit ?

You'd have to splice in your own connector as the DX5C has a hardwired battery tray.

Q: Will this work on Futaba 4pm?

Yes I use it on my 4pm. It's a snug fit but it does work and it works great.

Q: Will this pack work as a receiver pack in my .40 size nitro plane? the 6v 2000 mah nimh pack i'm using needs to be replaced

As long as your receiver will handle 6.6 volts it should work great, does so in my transmitter.

Q: Will this work on a transmitter that uses 6 double a batteries?

This battery as far as I know is used for a receiver power source at least that's what I use them for!! Sorry t they use hitec or futaber connectors
