Lays flat on its own
Idk what it is, but our front-door-to-floor gap is INCREDIBLY small. We've tried so many rugs and they just get caught in the door. This rug looks nice, and it lays FLAT! After about a year, the corners did start lifting a little, so we got some carpet tape to hold it down. But honestly, could have lived without the tape, this rug just stuckAlso, I don't think you're supposed to, but I do just throw it in the washing machine. Not sure if this impacts the color, as the rug I purchased looked specifically very light and faded. However, there hasn't been an issue with the washing machine pulling the threads or causing issues.

1 year post-purchase
For the price point this rug is quite excellent. I have a cat with a chronic condition that causes a lot of vomiting and with a 2000 square foot home this little 5x8 rug is unfortunately his favorite place to barf. I have shampooed it too many times to count and washed it in the big washer at the laundromat about 10 times now and through everything it looks really great. Despite a little regular wear and tear, a lot of foot traffic, a few other spills and s second cat who insists on using it for a scratching pad a few times daily, this rug has held up to a heap of abuse very well. Stains come out easily and I have had zero problems vacuuming it with our Dyson stick vac, as another reviewer mentioned difficulty with a Shark vacuum. I am considering purchasing a rug for another area of our home and a few runners. I would absolutely buy this rug again too if I needed to replace it but it’s doing so well I feel we really don’t need to! Again, this is a beautiful, good quality rug for a nice low price. Easy to clean and maintain, washes and holds up well. Not sure what more anyone could want. (Pic is from this morning. Just washed it at the laundromat last night to be well cleaned and beautiful for Christmas morning.)

Looks nice
We’ve been using this rug for almost a month now. It looks very nice and modern. We layered it over top a jute rug as shown in the picture. With the colors, this rug would pair well with grey, beige or whites. So far, the fold lines have not completely come out of the rug. Not sure if this is because we have it layered, but we have a very difficult time vacuuming this rug. When we turn the brush roll off the vacuum, we have trouble pushing it. With the brush roll in, it is easier but we find not everything gets sucked up.This could also be because of the layering, but it makes a hollow sort of sound when you walk over it. Not a deal breaker of course but something we have noticed. All in all, I love the look of this rug and would recommend it.

Beautiful rug!
I ordered 4 different washable rugs and this is the winner. Grateful for the free return prime benefit! I really needed something machine washable because I have a small dog that occasionally likes to mark, and I am always fostering puppies who are ‘learning’ to be house trained. We already had this brand of rug for the hallway runner (different print) which has been washed many times as it’s in a high traffic area. Important to make sure it’s either hang dried or laid flat to dry after washing. I lay it on my front porch which makes it super easy to dry after washing.1st pic is of the new rug once I laid it down. 2nd pic is the virtual tool in amazon to get an idea of how it would look in your space. Have to admit is way better looking in person.3rd pic is of my guilty small dog… after changing the old rug out for this new one I found over a dozen tennis balls under the furniture. He’s happy to have his toy supply increased and now so am I that I have a washable rug!4th pic is of my runner in a different print. Has been washed many times and needs to get washed again.5th pic shows the underside of the rug which is the same on the runner and the living room rug. It does seem to attract the dog hair underneath which doesn’t all come off in the wash…and u can remove it with the Chom Chom roller… but no one actually sees the underside so does it really matter?Btw… not sure if it’s all rugs or just some of them but 1/2 the rug that’s is along the sofa on the left seems to be a slightly darker than the other 1/2 near the wall unit on the right. You can hardly tell unless pointed out. I’m ok with this as it looks good and the entire rug has a faded look anyways. I’ll be ordering a new runner to match this print to replace the existing one in the hallway soon. Might also get one in the kitchen.

I've had this rug for a year
I've had this rug for a year now. Highly recommend if you have a kids and pets. Plus, I have severe allergies to dust, pets, pollen, etc... This rug checks all my necessary boxes. Washable. Low pile.We have two kids, 7 and 11, and two very active, 50 pound pitbull terriers. The rug has taken a serious beating. We vacuum it regularly. There are a couple of pulled threads courtesy the dog that is in a constant battle to catch her tail. The color had remained true. I'm at the laundry mat washing it for the first time and OMG, the color of the water. Washing in a big machine on heavy duty and hot and it did just fine.Yes, it's a bit thin, but it's a washable rug. If you're looking for plush, washable rugs are not for you.

The vacuum always completely eats this runner!
This runner is a beautiful design, but it is not functional at all. This rug is so thin, that I can never get any vaccum to functionally go over it, without completely sucking it up. I used a rug pad, bc I once read you can buy cheaper rugs, if you use a good quality rug pad.The runner lays flat on it without slipping, but it is the weirdest material. It's like a super fine Velcro - not that it's unpleasant to walk on, in the sense that any bit of lint or debris that gets tracked into your home will be absolutely stuck on the rug. It's impossible to get it out. It does wash up nice, but who wants to wash the rug every few days? I thought I'd be able to vacuum it between washings.I wanted to like this, bc the fit was perfect for our entryway, but it has just not been functional for our home.
