Great scale works perfect

Worked as intended, has never broken over the years, still going surprisingly strong, would buy again in the future, would recommend this, 5 stars.

I bought this scale to use in our Food Pantry program with the food we give out to people in our community. It was working fine for a few days, but suddenly it stopped reading in pounds and now only reads in Kg. We have tried to contact customer service, but no one responds. There is also nothing in the instructions that indicates what can be done in a case like that. If I had to buy another (and in fact I will), I would not consider this option or any product from this company). It's a shame, because I won't recommend it to anyone else either.

The scale operates great; however, the technical direction is minimal and needs to be done by a technical writer and some engineer needs to looking into the electronics mounting to make it easier to mount

I live/work in a warehouse loft so the man-cave decor is industrial/commercial. I use the scale for measuring my body weight. No, I'm not 500-600 lbs. I'm a fitness nut and I just wanted a big rugged scale that did **one thing** really well -- measure my weight! This scale does the job! Step on it and see how much you weigh -- the end. Awesome and accurate to .05 lbs. -- so accurate that it's telling me my tape measure weighs 1.25 lbs in the image (smile). All the body weight scales on the market are the poster-children for TMI (too much information) and the additional information they do provide is rarely very accurate. I assume most consumers get this scale to weigh postage, i.e., boxes, etc. (go figure). I'm just here to say, it works great to measure your body weight.

Great scale. I had one for a long time and needed a second one in another location and decided to go with the same one. It has a battery option and a plug in option which is super nice.

For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to change the settings from kilograms to pounds. There’s a button on there, but when I push it, it does not make any changes. I will be returning this product if I cannot figure it out.
