I purchased these while fasting to keep the electrolytes balanced and works great

I use these electrolyte packets with my water bottle for my bike rides. Very humid here in N Fla so it is essential i consume the mixture.

I did not read any reviews before I purchased and that was a grave mistake on my behalf because the tropical flavor is awful. I had been drinking liquid i.v. prior to trying dr. price’s and there’s significantly more flavor in liquid i.v. than in the tropical flavor from dr. price. I plan on getting something else that I can add to it to improve the flavor because I can’t drink it on its own, it’s too nasty for me to get down. I am potassium deficient and I liked that dr. price’s electrolyte powder had more potassium than a lot of other brands so it’s worth finding a solution to me for that reason which is why I still gave it 3 stars.

For an electrolyte powder, this is a good flavor and a nice price point. I take packets with me everywhere and add to my water bottle. It doesn't have a much salt as some of the others, which for most people is probably appropriate and fine. Not a lot of sugar so that's a win as well. I've subscribed to this one.
