Have started taking these a week ago. Yes it does help alot. My face is way less puffy then it was my trouble areas don't look as bloated after taking this. My overall mood feels lot better. I sleep alot better too I don't wake up tired. The only complaint I really have is they smell disgusting and the gummies were kinda dried out. They don't taste thr best but they don't taste the worse

I HONESTLY feel better and even though I do still feel anxiety I no longer feel the cold grip of fear clenching my very soul. Even if it’s placebo it’s a placebo well worth the money even if it just trains you to relax.
