Thank goodness I discovered these chews!
I'm never going back to the liquid milk of magnesia!! I couldn't drink it down anymore no matter the flavor-even tried mixing it with chocolate milk. But these chews are as effective as the liquid. They are individually wrapped (1 chew = 15 ml m.o.m.) & great to take with you when traveling. It's like chewing a soft piece of gum that disintegrates.

No where near as helpful as the liquid
Just an update>>> while they take about a day to work, they are good. I noticed, you have less bowel movements with these than the liquid. That is definitely another plus!I think while they are overpriced I'll use these more. The taste of both flavor liquids makes me want to vomit.Original review>>> They just don't help like the liquid does. I've been trying the different chews, because I'm so sick of the taste of the liquid. I eat 4 and it has taken close to 22 hours to work.

You only need one
My hubby was a little bit leery of taking these Iread them. They said to take three for an adult well I guess we’re just kids at heart because it works great for us in our 60s and 70s with just one great product. Glad I found it.
