Used for a few weeks did nothing for my appetite.

Bought this at GNC and loved it. Originally started off with 2 packets a day, one at breakfeat and dinner then went down to 1. It significantly suppressed my appetite so I have been eating much smaller portions. Which is really helpful because I have been gaining weight due to an injury that has me sedentary until I heal. Highly recommend it to people who are trying to cut cravings and eat smaller portions. The taste is pretty good and mixes well in water.

I end up on the toilet with diarrhea after every meal. It also has brought on a higher body temperature where at times I can not seem to get relief.
