I use my Graphgear pencil a lot and always run out of erasers, glad I bought them.

These arrived quickly and safely, but in a huge, plastic, packing envelope. They fit my Pentel mechanical pencil(s) with no problem. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned, the erasers are very short. The eraser is 9/16" long and the metallic clamp type metal holder is about 6/16" long. Four erasers (with clamps) come in a plastic cylinder/tube with a snug cap. There are three tubes so you get 12 small erasers. As you must have at least 1/4" (based on prior experience) of the eraser inserted in the clamp for it to be held securely, that's means a large portion of the eraser will be wasted. The erasers that have come originally with all (I have a number of slightly different styles) of my Pental pencils have all been longer and pure white. These erasers are slightly grey in color. I've not used them enough to know about any dark smudges some reviewers have mentioned. I bought this pack as the price was reasonably cheap and I wanted to check them out and I wiil be able to get some use from them, but I'm certainly going to try to find longer, white erasers, with or without the metal clamps. I'll just save these clamps for the future.

Direct replacements for the erasers! Worked perfect!

Mechanical pencils are my favorite art tools. Changing erasers is cumbersome - but these are the replacement erasers that I use the most.
