Does not work
The packaging was nice and looks legit. The earbuds do not charge, no lights, no sound.

Great value for the money when on sale
I have been using these fairly consistently for the past 6 months, and they still sound great, and work without issue. They are nice and small, fit my ears comfortably, and last long enough I haven't even drained one all the way yet. The only issue I have had so far is that if I make a call with them, the recipient can't hear me well. Aside from that, which I seldom use them for, they have been great.

A Tinkerer's Dream!
I'm just going to cut to the chase. Out of the boxes, these earbuds are little more than a tiny, useless paper weight. The case would not charge from the very beginning. But, they sounded great for as long as the first charge. Instead of returning them, I started to tinker. I'm sure the warranty was voided the second I cracked the case open, but such is life. The earbud case is back to life now. Obviously, continue at your own $12 risk, but I found that momentarily jumping from the "5V In" near the USB port and the "5V" hole on the circuit board near the right earbud triggers the case to charge again and has been working for a few days now. I put a little wire with a micro momentary button (the always off until pushed type) on that jumper wire. Now when the case doesn't charge, I pop off the bottom cover and push the button. The case starts charging. You can do the same thing manually with a paper clip or metal tweezers. Just don't hold that connection for too long. It just needs to be bridged for a second or less. You can accomplish this without removing the circuit board. It is just under the back cover.Disclaimer: I wouldn't risk hard-wiring the two spots together, as there is a voltage drop somewhere that accommodates the battery charging voltage. Jumping the two spots permanently will probably cause the battery to become eventfully warm, if you catch my drift. All in all, these sound meh at the original list price of $60-70, but a steal at the sub $15 price point. The warranty is voided, but honestly, I don't care too much about a warranty from a company that sells such crap from the factory (assuming these are actually legit and not a counterfeit). I hope this review can help some folks bring these back to life after the glorified scam that is the original design of the earbud case.UPDATE: 5/23/24The above fix is still working. Only have had to use the installed button a couple times, but each time the case "wakes up" and accepts the charge again. Still 3 stars for having to go through the pain of all that, but good sounding earbuds otherwise.UPDATE: 6/22/24I've live with the earbuds for a little while now. After some torture tests, these are pretty capable little earbuds. Their natural sound curve works well with pop style music that is not exactly bass-heavy. I find the bass will get incredibly muddled for "complex" basslines, usually metal and dubstep type songs. With a bit of equalization, the songs sound better but not perfect. With the recent price increase, I'm not sure the quality control issues warrants the price. Even with perfect functioning, a $40 price tag would be the absolute max I could see charging for these, considering for an extra $30-40, you have an incredible pair of noise-canceling earbuds available from Mackie and competitors. But as it stands, I'm happy I got in the door for $12 even with the work needed.

Absolute Garbage
Marginal quality at best at a "reasonable" price - However, True Buds were barely used but stopped working just after 30 days and are not eligible for return. The Charging will not, cable is working and charging other devices but these are dead - Avoid

Nice
They’re comfortable, but what really stands out is the overwhelming bass. Lowering it by 4 or 5 decibels with the equalizer makes a huge difference. I paid $9.99 for them, and they truly offer great value for the price.Update: They lasted exactly one year. Would I buy them again? The answer is yes, as long as they’re still $9.99.

YES Audiophile Sound / YES Disposible Price
After 48 hours of fairly heavy use I am so impressed with the sound of these earbuds that I ordered a second pair. The case absolutely feels very fragile and taking note the poor reviews I've made the decision these remain at home. Not pocketed or transported about so a coffee table set they become. So far no issues at all. Truly AUDIOPHILE level sound quality so deeply discounted they're less costly than any wireless earbud options at the local dollar store! If you have 10 or less to spend indifferently I would absolutely try a set. Should they epically fail me within the first 30 days I will update this review. Otherwise if they make it a full month I feel they earned their 10 dollar ticket home and a healthy review very late in their retail career.

Battery life is off and worked well awhile it lasted
So what they stated on the battery life is wrong. It’s about 3hr max and case is about 2 charges or so.The case has a led that tells the percentage on its charge level but not the buds. There is no app to control these so you don’t know the true battery percentage per buds.Fitment wise, these are comfortable, a little heavy compared to AirPods and Samsung buds.Mic works well, not perfect but does its purposeMy case led light died after 2 weeks of light used. Seems to be still charging and working but not too happy the fact I have these as around the house and the case is already bad. I haven’t even field tested and it’s already acting funkyI feels like if you paid more than $20, you could’ve got a better cheap buds.

Don’t waste your money
These ear buds are horrible! They don’t hold a charge and most of the time only one side works.

Didn't work and the manufacturer aren't communicating about a refund
It didn't charge after a couple of days. After loads of hassle with Music Tribe they told me to post to get repaired. After a month i was told it can't be repaired and sent back to Music Tribe. I have been palmed off since and they haven't refunded or replaced the product. Now they are not replying to my emails. After 4 months!!

Fine for 6 months, now case is dead
For the price, these seemed great at first. Sound was OK and they worked. But after 6 months the case died suddenly and they will no longer charge, I tried a lot of things but they are totally dead. Very disappointing but sadly not unexpected from Behringer.
