its the best deal for the money great on gas!
i ran my man cave off of it which is about 25 amps 110 for 15 hours on a half tank of gas, running 91 non enthenol gas, its alot quieter that i was exspecting, it took longer to ship but its undamaged and works great. I did have to add a small pice of pvc to the top engine mounts to keep them from rubbing wires. I would go any other way, im just so happy with this genny. its just about 4 inches wider than a honda i2200 and it has way more power ,it will fit in the trunk of my car along with my 110 welder,i also ran a 1hp table saw with my welder and my man cave and it still had more to go but im not going to push it,thank you for reading this if you looking for a genny like this get this one4500/4000watter.

Lots of Power for a Smaller Size
Easy to set up and cranked well. It is a bit heavy for one person to move around so I highly recommend getting the wheels and handle kit.

Easy starting
Easy starting and running well so far. Delivered on time and not banged up. I just ran it for a half hour to test it and everything looks good so far. Still need to run it longer to get it broke in. I'll get a wheel kit for it, at 80 lbs plus 15lbs for gas it's lighter than others for the same output but a little difficult to move around. I think it's a good deal for the money, almost half the cost of other inverters this size. Noise level is slightly louder than a closed frame inverter but don't have to get too far away and it's pretty quiet. Hopefully it holds up seems good so far. I put a little oil in the cylinder after taking the spark plug out and pulled it a bunch of times to make sure they was some oil in there for initial start up but there was some oil in the system already. I assume they get it lubricated at the factory but doesn't hurt to make sure. Started with barely a complete pull and a slow pull, I was impressed with that.

NO ISSUES AT ALL AFTER RUNNING A BREAK IN!
I just want to say that during the break in process and a short run later after a oil change... this thing seems very good. After adding oil to it.... It fired up on the first pull of the chord ( minimal effort). It was a little loud at first, but the more it ran... the quiter it became. I tested all the outlets and all worked. After a couple hours of running it and running random "loads" on it, it became super acceptable for the sound coming from this open frame generator. it's really quiet for its catagory of generators! After the oil change, it was even more quiet! SO FAR SO GOOD!

Amazon: Wonderful; Genkins: Not so much
I bought this generator because its specifications closely matched my needs, favorable ratings, and the price seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't so good. The generator arrived sooner than expected, and everything seemed in excellent condition. Weather conditions and personal priorities prevented trying to run the generator for a few days, so I didn't want to put it outdoors until I could get it set up and verify its proper operation. Also, I waited to see the actual operation manual to confirm the proper oil required for my situation. Although the packaging wasn't unduly bulky, the packaging was just enough too bulky for the conveniently available space to store the generator indoors, so I unpacked it and recycled the packaging in full confidence that the generator would work as expected. I studied the operating manual and purchased a modest supply of the proper motor oil. After filling the crankcase with the proper motor oil (SAE 10W30) and the fuel tank with 89-octane ethanol-free gasoline, I tried to start the generator without any hint of possible success. Because of previous experiences with defective spark plugs, I removed the original spark plug and found it to be defective. I replaced it with a new, correct spark plug I had on hand as a spare for my other generator, but still, the engine would not start. Since the generator now had fuel and oil in it, I covered it and kept it outdoors in what was to be its permanent location.I contacted Genkins through Amazon's communication system, and they responded reasonably promptly with advice on items to check. Their recommendations for confirming the proper supply of fuel to the carburetor and the presence of sparking at the spark plug were clear and reasonable. There was plenty of fuel to the carburetor, but even with the good replacement spark plug, there was no hint of any spark. These results were sent to Genkins through Amazon's communication system, and again, Genkins responded reasonably promptly with instructions for disconnecting the "low oil" switch in case that was causing the trouble.I disconnected the "low oil" switch as instructed, but still, the engine would not start, and repeating the previously recommended test for spark at the spark plug, there was still no hint of a spark. These results were reported to Genkins through Amazon's communication system, and Genkins asked me to return the generator to them in its original packaging, and they would either send a replacement generator or refund my money.I reported to Genkins that I no longer had the original packaging, but I would gladly return the defective generator to them using the packaging of a replacement generator. They responded that their company policy would not allow shipping a replacement generator until the original generator was returned to them. Then, they would either send a replacement or refund my money. They asked that I package the original generator as best I could and send it to them.I contacted Amazon and explained my discomfort with the imbalance of trust in the relationship with Genkins, and given the situation, I would prefer to return the generator for credit and then purchase a suitable generator of a different brand from Amazon. Thankfully, Amazon promptly activated their "A to Z guarantee," and began processing a full refund. Amazon did not want the generator to be returned, so I am donating it to our local Goodwill where they will sell it to local people who match good pieces and parts of such machinery to produce good working machines from an array of malfunctioning machinesAs soon as the refund was processed, I purchased another, similar generator of a different brand from Amazon, and I expect it to arrive in a few days.THANK YOU, AMAZON!!!!

Impressive so far.
I've haven't been using this generator for long. It starts within 3 pulls. Runs good. Has been a real life saver off grid. I did a oil change after it ran for 12 hours. I'll update if anything comes up. But happy with it so far.
