I love this phone,. It’s a lovely color and looks elegant. We like the authentic ring. The phone works great and has a good sound quality.

The handset speaker portion did not work, the person on the other line would not be able to hear you. Requested another handset, which was honored in a timely manner, however the second handset performed the same way, could not be heard by the person on the other line

This phone is everything I was looking for! It is well made, clear sound, and a great retro design with a modern feel. The color is a creamy taupe type color and looks really classy. Very good product for the price.

This phone is better looking then what I thought i don’t know what to call the color but the best surprise is the gold around the numbers and handle..The only thing is that have problem with I think it was used not new I cleaned real good and looks good and so far works fine..I think they should give me a $30.00 credit Since was not new

We are looking for a retro look phone but not too flashy. We got the grey one and it looks very nice, just the way we wanted.Function fine. Looks sturdy, no problem with sound quality.The product doesn't match the manual though, it doesn't have a ringer volume tuning button and it doesn't come with the short wall wire, we had to buy one from the store.

I love the look of this wall phone but I wish it had an off volume on it. Even the lowest volume is very loud. Scares my pets when ever a telemarketer calls!

This is the coolest wall phone... would give it 10 stars if they had them. Looks great and fun to talk on . Is a bit loud but if you are so retro you are in the market for a wall phone probably a loud ring is a plus not a detriment. Don't hesitate you will love it.
