Is the main bar (rail) able to dissemble and make smaller if needed and for transport?

You can take apart the rail for transport (that’s how it came in the box), but you can’t make it shorter and use it that way.

Where can I get replacement pins?

I would reach out to the seller first. If not, you can go to your local hardware and just find a pin that will fit. The diameter is 1/2in and the effective length needs to be at least 2in. Hope that helps.

What size is each bar? Asking because I want to fit it in a luggage for travel. Thanks!
