I used a standard NPT brass nipple instead of the one included with filler valve. Used bunch of heavy duty Teflon tape and it sealed well. No leaks after months of service.

No specific answers. To be safe I would just figure the maximum theoretical ambient air temperature plus 10-15°. So on 110°F day in the sun I’d figure 125°f as an extreme threshold

What is the flow rate? How many gallons per minute will it flow?
