I bought this as a little, fun gift and it was perfect! It is very sturdy and overall a fun wine opener that works! The only thing to consider is making sure you level the notches right so you can pull the cork out - I thought it was a little more difficult to use this due to the shark design than normal wine openers.

Bought this for a cruise and got it thru no problem at all. It's sturdy and easy to use and store.

I like it but after daily use as a bartender it does start to break. The tip of the sharks nose starts to break, crack, or completely come off. I have bought 3 of them because i love them so much but not for daily wear and tear. But if you don’t use it daily it lasts a long time.

I have to open bottles table side which can make you feel a little rushed and pressured but this is easy enough to use that it’s much simpler to get the bottle open and keep moving.

Used on our cruise in December. Worked really well and so small. Easy to pack and saves room.

This is the second one I've owned - used it extensively and when it broke (it was used a lot) I bought another one. Takes a minute to get used to, as the grip and stiffness is slightly different than most hinged corkscrews, but I will get another if this one eventually gives out. Highest recommendation!

I love foxes and every one knows it. I’m a bartender and it’s common for us to share tools but unfortunately sometimes they go missing..this will always be recognized as MINE!

While the handle is ok, the wire of the True 0438 Grippy corkscrew is considerably thinner that my 15 year old Epic opener. I doubt it would last very long. I returned it.

Perfect wine opener. Love that the knife has a serrated edge. Strong handle. Worth the money.
