Better than the plus
I have multiple SumUp plus devices and have now switched to using this almost exclusively because there aren't any bluetooth issues like i get with the other devices. 3g but it works.

Easy to set up and use
This was very easy to set up and use.We purchased this to replace the Sumup card reader since the card reader was always having issues with staying connected to the phone and app.

Incredibly slow support team
Bought this device last year. Was unable to use because it took over a week to get bank account verified. Had an issue with my email address so had to delete entire account and start over. Expect setup to take days - weeks. Do not purchase if you need something that will work in a short period of time. Completed account details a few days ago and they still haven't verified account.

Not worth it!
I got this to use for my business. It looked really nice and seemed to be a good quality purchase. The company is not quick about getting your account active to start taking payments at all. I’ve had my machine for over a month or so now and still cannot use it because my account is not ACTIVE. Do not buy this.

Convenient for selling band merch
I take this to band gigs and use it to sell and keep inventory on our merch. You can arrange products into categories (like each individual band) to make things easier. Simple to set up, easy to use, touchscreen is very responsive. Paired with a phone or iPad, this makes for a powerful PoS portable terminal

So simple it's impossible
In their quest to make this card reader simple to set up, they made it nearly impossible. There are really no quick-start instructions, they tell you to create a profile on the website then come back to the device. The website was hard to use. Many prompts described in the merchant docs were missing or unclear. On-screen instructions were confusing. Every transaction I tried declined, with no further information. Just "declined." All this is probably solvable but their support team only works M-F, which in my experience is not nearly enough for a payment gateway. I sent it back and went with Square, who seems much more together.
