The medium size is a direct replacement for the Bubba net.

Rats got in our boat and chewed up the netting of my Coho Salmon net. I went to major tackle store, and they didn't have anything I liked. Mainly the store had nets that were way too deep. This net fit perfect and not overly deep. Plenty deep enough to net a Coho Salmon or Steelhead. Even got to net a Coho with it on a local river in September. Worked perfect. The rubber netting also avoids hooks from getting caught in them. We stopped using nets made out of material that the hooks get into and takes forever to get out. The Rubberized netting is the way to go when into fish biting. Net fish get gear and recording done and back in the water.

I did not give a high rating because I can’t use net. It is double the size I need. That is why I say be sure you have proper measurements. Net is excellent but just to big. I assume I miss read measurements when I ordered, I will attempt to return for proper size. I have no problem with seller, delivery or price. I fish small mountain streams for trout, not Salmon River steelheads

I have one of those older collapsible handle nets that is kind of triangular. The original net was a very fine nylon and felt kind of abrasive at the knots. We have cut many lines getting hooks out of the old net. We killed the net last week catching some big Carp & Buffalo. The net frame I have is about 34" tall and 26" across so I was concerned the med would be too small to install. Trying to determine what size I needed made me scratch my head a couple times. I opted for the large net, when installed it had some bunching but works better than I expected. No BS, I told my son a couple times yesterday that the net was the way to go. Wish I had one like this a long time ago. The deep net is nice because you can leave the fish in the water while you get things ready. The water drag is more than my old net material but there was no problem. Don't do many reviews but when I am surprised by an item it is worth it to share the info. We weighed several fish at the 20 pound mark by hooking the net handle onto the scale and the net didn't have any problem. The Depth is deeper than I would expect but is surprisingly very helpful.

I had gotten a brand new 20x23" Frabill aluminum net free from a neighbor a few years back. It was the cheap version with the standard nylon net, and I hated it. I have a larger net with the conservation dipped netting, and I always used that because the net was so much better. However, it was a pain to use on trips locally where we wouldn't be catching super large fish because it was such a big net. Luckily, I found this available on Amazon and replaced the net on my smaller net. I don't know why I didn't look this up earlier. This is a massive upgrade from a standard nylon net, and I would highly recommend. It holds its shape and doesn't get tangled in itself. I haven't had major issues with hooks in these types of nets in the past, so I don't anticipate it being a problem. It only took me about 5 minutes to install and was much easier than taking off the old nylon net (which I actually cut off because it was so tight). I did have to bend the hoop ends over one another slightly when installing, but you should be fine if you don't push them too far. I highly recommend this and will buy another when this one wears out.

The media could not be loaded.  I needed to replace my Frabil net bag and wanted one that would reduce cut fins and help keep the fish healthy while taking out the hooks. This bag replaced a Frabil Power Catch and it fit perfectly. I was worried about getting this net on the hoop consider all the issues I heard, but it was actually pretty easy once you got going. I had the bend the one arm down a bit to get the net on and feed it, but after a couple of minutes I got the hang of it and was done before you knew it. I'll have some on the water testing here in the next couple weeks and report back.Edit: This net is awesome. I have replaced all of my nets with these and they work flawless. The net handled all types of fish from Walleyes to 47" muskies with no problems at all. Get light net that kept the fish in the bag safe and prevent fin cuts. I even replaced the Frabil net on my folding net and now I have a great panfish net that won't get hooks caught in it which is why that net sat in the garage for two years.

This product seems very well made and fit my 24”x30” hoop perfectly. I was a bit disappointed to find out after I installed it that it is not made in Vancouver…as that is only the place of business. It is actually made in China. I guess I missed the fine print.

Great product but I wish they would show the dimensions better thought xl would fit my 27x32 but it is way to big. I'll keep it for my muskie net but I'll have to order another smaller size for the salmon net.Update. Put the xl on the big basket muskie net and it's mint. Perfect size for BIG fish. Super deep. I'm actually happy I made the mistake of ordering the wrong, bigger size. Now I just ordered and received the large size and it fits my 27x32 perfect. I'll be ordering a med for the trout net for sure. Excellent. Was a bit of a witch to put on by the end you're just moving a 1/4 of an inch if that but it was fairly easy. The price isn't bad either. Very happy

This net seems very sturdy and durable, easy to install. Can't wait to net a few Musky this season
