These things work great helping me to backup for my gooseneck hitch.

Great help to hook up our gooseneck horse trailer.

I've never had a trailer, so I thought these balls would be cool. They do help A LOT. But be careful not to bend them. And I didn't realize there would be space between them when the truck was in the perfect position. They don't "kiss." The ball and hitch stick out from it on the truck. And it's hard to get it to stick to the socket on the other because of the indentations and curve.I also didn't account for the angle of the truck going uphill to meet the trailer on the driveway (a different angle.) I had to adjust the height of the balls for that.BUT - that said - even though it will still take some practice, they are a pretty clever alignment tool. They definitely do help.

I camp alone alot, and needed a way to hook up without assistance and constantly getting out of the truck to check. I hated it when I would only be an inch off, but have to re-align. Got these handy-dandy little things, and they will telescope up so you can easily see to line them up when using the bumper pull. Just have to use one with the gooseneck, and no more jumping out to check if it's over the ball. I put this thing right behind the ball, and once the gooseneck tips it over, I know it's in the perfect position. Recommend for anyone that has done the "get out and check" game that gets tiresome real fast.

Work great when you can't see the back end of your trailer

Was able to hook-up our gooseneck without problems, but the magnets are not very strong. Store in a place where the yellow balls will not be broken.

They are super strong magnets and extend tall enough to see over the top of the tailgate of my 4x4.

The product did work for me out of the box. The upright is not long enough to rise above the tailgate on my truck. I could see the upright affixed to the trailer but not the one affixed to the hitch on the truck. In it's original configuration is completely useless. I did modify it to raise the upright on the hitch side so that I can now see both of the balls and works fine in this configuration.I would recommend to the manufacturer that they make the uprights about 6 - 8 inches taller and problem would be resolved.

They work as advertised, good deal.

Good product, saved me & my husband from yelling at each other. I didn’t give it a five star because one of the ball alignment was stiff & difficult to extend.
