very good detail
was impressed with the picture details and the function to record a video and take a picture, i upgraded the sd card and all works very well.For the price; it is ideal for smd & circuit board soldering work. The kids use it for school work etc and find it very helpful.A good piece of kit as they say.

Great product but let down by missing features
Product arrived with no hitches. When opening the box I was a little unsure on how this was going to be because it looked like it had been opened and used previously. But, all the parts where there and compleate. So other than poor packing, no complaints.Box had a fixings kit, screwdriver, allen key, memory card the base stand and of course, the microscope.Now I ordered this version after looking at another version of the same thing. The other version had HDMI output but less powerfull camera. But within that listing it had an advert for a newer model. Great I thought, and the camera was a 12mp apprently. However, I did not notice that you loose the HDMi output. Which was kind of something that I did want. So I might well be sending this back.

Decent but not straightforward to use
Camera and video modes are confusing, battery life is pointless, might as well just be USB powered.Otherwise camera is good quality and focus is nice.

The stand is pretty useless if you have a big board and struggling to find a better arm that fits properly and battery doesn't even work
