Maxxi 50ft Latex Garden Expandable Hose with Upgraded 8-pattern Spray Nozzle, Green

I love this hose because it is compact however, this is my third and they do not last very long as they seem fragile, so i have to rank it center.

Update.....I originally liked the hose due to it being lightweight and easy to store. But it broke very quickly. The hose was lightly used maybe 10 times before it tore at the seam in the middle of the hose. It is now unusable..

Nice light weight hose but do not get full 50 feet as described. Also hose leaks at a lot at faucet even with extra hose seals.

I love this hose. It expands to 50 feet when connected and contracts when not in use. No tangles.

It snapped opened and has a huge hole after 2 months of using it!

The media could not be loaded.  I've been really curious about these hoses for about a year. Now that I've had the chance to play around with it I am impressed with how well it does expand and contract, I made a quick little video showing it in action.Comparing this to others I think this is on the thin side. I see others that look a little better built, but they are also at least double the price. This is a perfect one for the back yard or somewhere that it gets occasional use. If you want to have a hose you use daily I'd probably spend the extra money and get a sturdier one. This is perfect for our back yard where I use it about every other day during the summer and never in the cooler months. Our front yard needs a really good hose since we use it many times a day in the warmer months and a few times a month during the cooler months. It's also not uncommon for us to run over a hose with our cars in the summer, I wouldn't think this one would stand up to a good beating.The nozzle has all the great spray patterns. It is plastic and could break with a big fall or someone who is really rough with it. Again, for light use it'll be fine. It did come with a washer that I initially wasn't sure what to do with. After turning the hose on there was a leak around the nozzle, I unscrewed it and put the washer there and it fixed the problem.We were sent this for testing and review. That has no bearing on my rating or review of it. This is my 100% honest opinion. Check out the video to see it in action.July 2016 update: This is still working great. I've dragged it around many times and haven't had any problems with leaking or hose integrity. Warning: Don't use this with a sprinkler. I tore up some new dirt and grass seed using this because as I turned the water off this started shrinking and the sprinkler was pulled through the dirt. Not the fault of the hose, just a disclaimer.
