SLX Version 2.0 Non-Stick Grinder - 2.4" Silver

Is there any way to check the authenticity of an SLX 2 herb grinder.What I received is a ‘pardon my wording’ a piece of CRAP. It rattles , the fine mesh screen rattles around in the container, definitely not stealthy.I am EXTEMELY disappointed in the piece of crap that landed on my door, the grind spikes have NO even remotely sharp edges. I tried it and it doesn’t grind anything e crept my teeth from frustration. If this is a legit product then every review out there is WORTHLESS, kinda like this paperweight.

OK, I am an old salty dog, not much gets me too excited these days, bacause most things have no quality to them now days, but this grinder is not one of those. This grinder is great size, craftsmanship, and design. I have had many grinders and to date, none are even close to this piece. The nonstick coating is fantastic. I guess it depends on your budget, but to me this is a middle of road price, there are many grinders out there coasting much more, and in my opinion, can not be better than this grinder. Buy with confidence, you will be as happy as me with your purchase. Job well done SLX

False advertising. The picture is not the product that you receive. The picture shows the SLX 2.5 but they actually give you the 2.0. Don’t buy for this price

Bottom Line:Buy it, quality is true and they follow through on customer service issues. I highly recommend!Review:I have owned more than several grinders over the years, I was skeptical at first of the claims of nothing will stick. What that really means is, when you go to clean your grinder, you can just wipe it off without having to scrub with Isopropyl. Which I have found to be true! In other words, yes, daily 'stuff' will gently 'stick' to the grinder (like a post-it to a wall, it's stuck, but not really). Just wipe it off with a paper-towel, Kleenex, toilet paper...your hand even...I've even just been able to gently blow it off the surface, so yea...nothing I have found sticks to it yet, so it's a valid claim.The surface is akin to a fine Teflon\ceramic coating on the inside of a good pan, it looks a little rough and the texture gives your hand a little grip. But, nothing (yet) has remained stuck to the surface, that I can't just dry-wipe away.There was a star knocked off because I did have to immediately contact the manufacturer upon arrival as my grinder had some strange discoloration on the main grinding head. I went online, filled out the form, sent some pics and they promptly resolved my concerns. So, while the result of the customer service is satisfactory, I really should not have to contact them upon receiving the item.Grinder Build:Pros:- Very easy to clean- Solid- Easy to grind with a full load!- Creates 'fluffy' material, which is great for an even burnCons:- Initial issue with grinder head- While grinding it's slightly more 'metallic' sounding than other grinders I have, maybe it's the material of the gaskets?- Really wish the screen could be removed, I have one that has the ability to replace the screen as needed and it makes it a dream to clean.Overall: I would highly recommend the SLX for anyone that grinds their material. I probably tend to keep mine cleaner than most, thus, YMMV.

The media could not be loaded.  This lasted me 8 years so far and I smoke every day... It didn't really stick until lately and I just cleaned it and it was fine. I had trouble with it today so I bought a new one but now it works again so I have 2 🤷‍♂️

I love this product it is so easy to use and twist. It doesn’t stick or get caught up. Love it.

Smell of metal upon receiving (I have another aluminum grinder that does not smell) and it definitely is not "non stick"

Intuitively engineered device. Does an amazing job. Need a smaller version for small batches.
