Wacoal Women's Back Appeal Minimizer Underwire Bra

When it comes to looks, this bra is pretty non-descript and not glamorous. But, it fits like a dream, lifts the girls and does a great job minimizing while still giving a nice shape. I also have the Wacoal Visual Effects bra, and this one is better at minimizing, which is important when you're short and petite but very busty. It is advertised as "back smoothing" which it does respectably, but for me, the best feature is the nice shape and minimizing effect. The cups are nylon and not stretchy, which maybe is why it does such a great job of support. The underwires aren't as long as the Visual Effects bra, and they don't poke me in the underarms like that bra does. It is a "put it on and forget about it" bra that gives all-day comfort. I have a drawer full of bras, but this is the only one I am wearing right now.

First thing I noticed is that this runs bigger than the basic Wacoal I usually wear. Usually I use a back extended for a couple weeks until the inevitable stretching the back does. This fit perfectly the first time I put it in, which means it will be too big around before too long. The cups fit perfectly but without any minimizing. Probably should’ve ordered a sized smaller, but at this price I can’t afford to yet another smaller one. I could see how the bigger bank section could be a real plus if I were a 32DDD but as a 42DDD, it was just more to roll up and bind since I unfortunately have a roll of fat on my back. This made it pinch and uncomfortable. If I left the band a little bigger, I could sometimes pull it down to stay on top of the back room, but then it was either too low in the front or too high, depending on the strap length.

I like the color, and it seems to be what she wants, and all she wants right now. Comfortable, resilient, flexible and looks good under layers of clothes. So I hope this helps someone.

I whipped this puppy out if the bag and I’ve had it on ever since! It’s comfortable and very supportive even at my larger cups! A deal, NOT a dud!

It’s difficult to find a bra that fits well even at a high price point like this one. This model does a pretty good job of keeping things contained. It’s a little high on the side underwire and a little gappy in that area. Good luck finding the best one for you!

I have bought Wacol bras for years and years. This one did not resemble my past Wacol bras at all. The straps kept rolling on my shoulders and left marks after 1 day wear. I can’t wear this. Does not fit at all like my other a Wacol bras. Wish I could return it!!

Perfect bra. Not sure how I never saw this one. But I always order Walcoal and this particular one is a Pete t fit without crushing and punching me.

I have never bought a bra outside the UK and took a huge risk ordering from an American company via Amazon. Well, what an amazing bra. I took it out the packaging and thought wow such a beautiful bra, please, please let it fit me. The only bra I have ever loved was a 32 E which I bought years ago in M&S in a sale box for £6 and, although a bit tight around the rib cage, was a perfect fit. This bra has three fastenings at the back with a wide band travelling around to the the lower back and feels so comfortable. I am so happy with this purchase and would easily order again from this company. This bra is 32 DDD equivalent to a British 32 E.

I really want to like this bra but I’m not sure yet. The fuller back is very comfortable and supportive, which I really like. The front doesn’t quite have the coverage that I hope to have in a minimizer. The cups aren’t stretchy, and the straps are firm. It’s really good, just not great.

I love this bra. It is comfortable and fits very well. The band goes up higher than most so there isn't any bulging and that is great! I definitely recommend this bra.

I’m a busty gal and finding a good minimizer bra is tough for me. This bra is awesome. Love it so much. Highly recommend
