Been using this consistently for months now. I take two in the morning and two at night and it's been working great, especially for being on keto. It doesn't affect my stomach badly, keeps me calm during the day and helps support relaxation at night. The blend of magnesium types seems to be synchronous with each other and my body likes it compared to other types

I am not a good sleeper, but since I have been taking this I sleep like a baby. I don’t feel drowsy or hung over like I have with anything else I’ve tried. Don’t want to run out so I did a “subscribe & save” order!

This is a staple in our house. We have all been taking it for several years. Some members of our family have sensitive GI tracts and this form doesn't not cause any GI upset, but still supports relaxation, lowered blood pressure and stress as well a good sleep.

So far I cannot complain but I think the dosage may be too low for me. It doesn’t really say how much of each type of magnesium is within each capsule and I really need the tirade to regulate my blood pressure. So I will likely not buy again unless my doctor says to continue using with additional magnesium taurate.

This product has improved my sleep tremendously. I no longer wake up at 3:00 routinely. The few times that I do, I’m able to go back to sleep. I wake up refreshed now. Highly recommend!

I took it for awhile and didn’t feel any difference. Of course it could be that magnesium is not the problem, but I expected it to help at least a bit with my sleep and restless legs, and it didn’t really seem to help with either.
