I was using on for a Long time. Then once I saw video of Vijender singh in which he recommended it. He lied, and it’s a spiked product with no information. It’s worst product, too sweet, nil nutrition and no use for muscle recovery. In fact it’s I’ll effects reduced my performance and wasted my 3 weeks. I stopped it in between.
