EDENS ZERO 15

All Hiro does is recycle characters and scenes from his previous works “Grand Chariot” and the Elsie and Justice Stab scene are just 2 examples. Lay off the member berries. Hiro isn’t shy about showing T&A though I’m genuinely surprised he isn’t in the Hentai business seems that’s something he would be better at because his storytelling has been terrible these last few years. Don’t get me wrong I LIVE T&A as much as the next guy but when you sacrifice story for fanservice you get a boring mess like this. Maybe it’s because I’ve been reading FT since 2008 and watching it since it first aired in 2009 I have a broader sense of what Hiro WAS and what he has turned into. On another note some people may say that creators make their characters similar from their other works. Like how Ranma and Inuyasha are “similar” for example (both their English and Japanese VAs are the same btw). However their personalities are quite different and Inuyasha never turned into a girl when he was wet. Elsie Crimson and Ezra Scarlett are mirror images of each other. Rebecca is Lucy with blue eyes and need I elaborate on Happy? Ether and Magic are both used in FT, RM and Ez.The stories of FT and EZ have the same basis while other authors works have less in common with one another. “Dragon Ball” and “Sandman”, “Hungry Joker” and “Black Clover”. “Soul Eater” and “Fire Force” (yes they’re tie-ins but they keep separate for most of the series). The point is that Hiro has no originality he does the same story over and over and over again.

I enjoy edens zero, I don't understand why people harp on the character designs. Especially after reading 15 volumes.It's not unusual for artists to do this. Look at Inuyasha. No one complained then about how much he looked like Ranma, or how Ranma looks like Urusei Yatsura. Or Dragon quest looking like Chrono trigger, or Blue Dragon.Edens zero is a fun fantasy space epic that tips its hat in the T and A department. Hiro takes familiar sci fi tropes and puts his own spin on them. If you're a fan of his previous works, Edens Zero is chock full of easter eggs and hints at a deeper connection between the three stories. I would give it a chance.If you're unsure, many libraries have this series to check out.

Admittedly a little bit of a slow start to series but last few volumes have all been so awesome.
