Great quality, instructions, and design
Kit came with everything needed. Instructions are clear, and the construction of the hitch is excellent. This is my second hitch from this company (different car), so no surprises, fits great.

This hitch reciever is well built. Fits firmly to the frame installation details could have been a little bit more helpful because it doesn't say anything about having to move the muffler to get it in. The hitch reciever does sit back a bit too far so when you put a hitch on it, it's really close to the bumper.

Pretty easy install on our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. You will need to lower the exhaust.

I have had no issues with this toe rack and it was super easy to install.

Beware or be aware.
Hitch was heavily scratched up and did not have all of the screws listed on packing contents inside instructions. Pretty unhappy but all in all, the company made it right + the quality of the hitch does seem very nice. It should be noted that the instructions state that you may need to use an angle grinder to remove a piece of your vehicle and the item listing states it's a direct bolt on for the 16 kia sorento. Unable to speak for install because without the screws I cant use it. I will attempt to get screws or have it installed by a pro and update review when that time comes.
