The capsules are easy to swallow size.
You.'d only take one with each meal. Not before not after and so that makes it easier to remember to take. And since they're just the right size, they're not too big to where I choke when I try to swallow one.So far so good. But it's still too early to tell exactly how they're going to affect me. But they do calm you. So that's good and by bedtime. I'm calm enough to where it's easy to go to sleep quicker.
