Still reading but it's a good book thus far introducing as many new ideas as traditional concepts on assessments of testing maturity

Outdated. Doesn't integrate well with company culture and most modern testing practices. Too horoscope-y and easy to manipulate to increase expenses unnecessarily (assessing "level" etc).
