Its a Use and Throw Pump, don't buy
Stop buying this Model, huge design fault, One pump in my house failed in 8 months and they claim some mud went inside, in all Indian conditions a prefilter should have been fixed, even after huge follow up, they are not accepting their design fault to replace it FOC during Warranty period, the cost of part they want to replace to Rs.30K, which is nearly 60% of the pump cost, this is simply an use and throw pump. The second pump in office failed in 2 months of fixing, even for there after prolonged waiting for 1 month, they agreed to replace it FOC. Huge headache because of Grundfos.

Great product but spare parts not available!
I bought this pressure pump for my house and it works well. However, I needed to replace thenon-return valve (NRV), which is made in a very flimsy manner. The Grundfos service centers in Bangalore say that only "used" NRVs are available. Could this actually be true?

worst pump ever used with poor after sales support
pump has basic design flaws with plastic body, I have had it in my home for 2 years, got replaced once under warranty last year but now company has refused to replace, the service centre people say its life is only 1-2 years because of deign flaws....it cant be even repaired as everything sealed under plastic body. Worst pump i have ever used with Zero customer support for their own faulty product so don't burn your hard earned money on Scala2

Irreparable - broke down within 4 years
It is a quiet pump - a big reason for me to buy it. Within few months, the pump stopped working, but was replaced promptly with a new one under warranty. It worked well when it worked. Have had to get a technician visit at least once a year to clean NRV and pay Rs 750 for each visit. After 4 years the pump suddenly failed and the service center says it is irreparable as sand/water gone into the chamber where pump winding sits.In India this is how the quality of water is everywhere. They neither recommended/suggested a pre-filter nor flexible pipes in 2018-19 and now they are telling me that the pump failed because of these. Their manual at that time didn’t have these requirements. Even then I had raised the question of a 3 pin plug not being compliant with India’s electrical requirements. They now recommend using a 3 pin plug (which surprisingly still doesn’t come with the pump). This pump in short isn’t built for India. It is more than 6 times more expensive than Indian pumps (Kirloskar/ crompton) which now have an auto on-off attachment that makes these pumps comparable. The company now is offering a trade-in that costs between 27-32k with flexible pipes and sand filter. This is fleecing customers. I read that in the UK warranty is 5 years. In India it is 1 year.

Unreliable Product and Service
I have 3 pumps installed in my house for different bathrooms. One failed within a year, was within warranty but replacement took time. Service centre was only forwarding mails and had to directly get involved with the company person to get the pump. I was advised that leakage was due to vibrations with fixed pipes and replaced them with flexible ones. Now second machine has developed leakage just after my 2 year warranty is over. The service centre is unwilling to send the person to inspect as the machine is installed in the duck. So I have to get the plumber to uninstall it and take it personally to their workshop. For pumps which cost 30l to 40k better reliability and service standards are expected. AVOID BUYING

Product is not reliable.
The pump has some inevitable design flaws, I have had it in my home for 3 years and it constantly drips water, there have been multiple company professionals that have visited and tried to fix it but the problem persists. On the brighter side of things the customer service is impeccable and has always responded promptly, they have claimed warranty on behalf of us. Unfortunately, the problem persists, hence if there is any other choice I would suggest you go for it.
