Better than nothing.
Sometimes they work for my boyfriend and sometimes they don't. At first, they seemed to be the best things ever. He became so quiet it was amazing. That lasted two nights. Now he's wearing the Breathe Right strips and these things. But I'm still having to tell him to roll over to silence the snoring.

They seem to work pretty well.
They seem to work pretty well...but somehow, I keep ripping them out during my sleep by accident...afterwards the snoring resumes which wakes up my wife, i probably have 2 or 3 pairs currently lost in my bed...

Only opens your nose about the width of the material ...
Only opens your nose about the width of the material so the net effect is the same as if you aren’t wearing them at all. Was uncomfortable as well.

Helps a lot... if it stays on.. keep losing them and looking for them in the middle of the night. Just need to get used to it?

Does not work for what I need them to
The product does not work for what I thought it would. When I sleep, my nose gets clogged and I wake up from not being able to breathe. To get around this, I use a saline spray to be able to breathe throughout the night. However, it's not recommended to use the spray too often which led me to try this product. When I got the dilators, I did exactly as described and I noticed that they did in fact make it easier to breathe and I even felt I breathed in more air. They were a bit uncomfortable and may take some time getting used to.For me, these dilators did not work to keep me breathing correctly. My problem is that my nose swells up which obstructs airflow. The dilators simply do not reach far enough to keep that area open. I had high hopes for these but they do not work for what I need them to. I have tried them several times and each time they failed me.Edit: I was immediately contacted by the vendor and was offered a full refund. Unfortunately, the product did not work for me but I appreciate the quick and courteous service.
