After new batteries in remote beeps and flashes, doesnt seem to want to pair up to truck anymore? anyone have any ideas or similar issue?

I just spoke with Spin Master. They said to try taking out the batteries and putting them back in the remote controller. Turn on the truck, then the controller. It worked for me.

What are the two little green buttons for on the right side of the remote under the toggle that makes the truck go left or right?

They put the truck in alignment. If you notice it isn’t going straight anymore, when stopped use those buttons to correct the alignment.

How long does the truck charge last? Can you get 30 minutes of one charge? What about the remote, how often do you need to change the batteries?

Why would you even answer if you don’t know? Yes. You can get 30 minutes out of a single charge but that is at the top end. Most kids will drain this thing in 15-20 minutes but by then you will be thankful it needs a recharge. The remote batteries have not had to be changed on ours yet so there seems to be some efficiency there
