Great product at the price point. No you won’t get amazing sound quality with a wide range or even deep base. These aren’t made for that. This is a great product for wearing in an environment where you can be inconspicuous that you have a headphone in and still be able to listen to music and even take phone calls. You can listen to music at low volume and it’s only in one ear so you can still hear everything going on around you. The Bluetooth connection is great. Turn on when you take it out of the case and off when you put back in. Battery life is great as well. It makes a chirp sound when battery is low and needs to charge. It works well with taking phone calls as well which is what I was most skeptical about. I use these at work and they get me through the day. I’m able to listen to music and podcasts inconspicuously and not be cut off from all the audio in my environment.

It's really hard to find a single bluetooth earbud with the Apple earpod style where a silicone suction doesn't go into your ear. This style is very comfortable that I can wear for hours and even fall asleep and not notice that it's in my ear. I used to buy the GoNovate G11 but they would eventually die after a year or so where the volume no longer goes to its original maximum. The new GoNovate G11 amazon sells are now complete trash. They have no range so they disconnect constantly and the volume is very low to begin with. They're basically unusable and I've returned them.I was hesitant to get this earbud because it has its own charging battery case instead of using the USB chargers that I already had throughout the house with my old GoNovates. I was also put off that people said the charger came with a unique cable that would be hard to replace. However, as of October 30 2022, the one I got came with a universal USB-C cable.The volume on this earbud is still not as loud on its max as I'm used to, but it's good enough that I don't see having to use it at max very frequently at all. It quickly and automatically disconnects from my phone when it's dropped into the charger, and automatically reconnects to my phone when I remove it from the charger. I wasn't sure if this was a good thing at first, but now that I know how it behaves, I like it as it's really quick and I don't have to remember to shut the bluetooth off before charging it. You also have an option to fully power it down, if you wanted to store it without putting into the charger.Overally, I'm happy as I have a good replacement for now, but we'll see how long it lasts or if it ever encounters the issue where the max volume eventually drops. I'll post an update if that happens, as this earbud is something I need to use every day and would be on top of it.

The media could not be loaded. I've only used this a couple times, so I can't speak to the longevity or durability. But, the earbud is exactly what I was looking for. They play the same irritating songs over and over at work, but headphones are not allowed, so I needed something sneaky. This is a good color match, low profile, and has a button on the side that makes pausing easy and discreet. The sound quality is pretty good. My only complaint is the case. The lid is not actually attached to the pod, and it only fits on in one direction and if you try it backwards it fails - this is not only annoying but also really inhibits the sneakiness when I try to quickly get it out/put it away. The lid also comes off easily when jostled around in a bag.

This product was fine and I kept the wrapper and everything, kept it in good shape in case I was going to return it.I had until 4/20 to return it to Amazon, that was Saturday. I used it last on 4/19 and it worked fine. When I went to use it on 4/22, pulled the ear piece out but it wasn't on. This was strange because it was in the cast to chargeI plugged it in to charge, case has the charge light, but the ear piece light no longer turns on when placed in the case to show it's charging.I thought the battery was dead so I left it in the case, let it charge , then I went to pull the ear piece out and it was hot (never before).The ear piece won't turn on, connection and charging lights won't turn on, and this happened 2-days after I could return it.So, I'm left with a defected product. Buy at your own risk.

I can’t hear anything really feel like it’s not for phone call use

I honestly have no idea why these ear buds get such bad reviews. As a fitness instructor for 12 years who lives in the gym.. and does constant meditations.. Quality, comfortable ear buds are important to me. I've tried top brands like, Beats, Raycon, SkullCandy, Apple pro's.. And honestly.. For the price, I am not kidding you, these compete with the best. They are a quality wireless bud. Because the ear bud is so small, it fits snug into the ear, and I feel like it sounds like the sound is inside my head just because with these being so small they need less power to be better. Also, other headphones fall all over the place when I'm doing dynamic movement where these stay nestled in the ear comfortably.. the wireless reach is about 30 ft. Which isn't great, but i like that because it helps me make sure my phone is near me at all times. 6 to 7 hours of place time for such a small bud is amazing. Again I have tried some super expensive brands, and because things happen, stuff gets broke, lost or stolen, I just like a quality bud for cheap that's comfy. Oh and lastly, the bass on these is incredible for such a small bud. They are amazing, you will not regret snagging a pair, I promise you.
