This product is great! Having all the different magnesium ingredients is super. It helped with my cramps and aided with my sleep. I give it to my mom and it's help her to.I really enjoy this lemon lime flavour. Magnesium naturally has a salty nature and mixed with this lemon/lime flavour works great. It ends up being quite a refreshing drink.

Love this product! I’ve been taking it morning and night for about 3 months now. Not sure if it helps me sleep but it’s sure good for my digestive system and I noticed this year when I went to the beach this summer I had no swelling in my ankles and this is the only change I have made.

Been using this product for awhile now, just finished up my second tub.. went to go buy another one and it’s $10 more!!! $29 to $39! So sad but it’s just not worth $40! What a bummer

I bought the honey lemon flavor and drink it before bed with hot water ( like tea). It settles the mind and body and helps with restful sleep. Unlike melatonin I am not experiencing any difficulty with waking in the morning or any other side effects.

Had problem with diarrhea first time I used it, not so bad the next few nights. The biggest problem is how it ruined my sleep. Very restless, up every hour or no sleep at all.In researching magnesium supplements, I’ve found that more than 200 mg can do that. One scoop of this as recommended daily is 420 mg.I stopped taking it and slept like a baby immediately.All this being said, the next time I want to lose some water weight quickly, I’ll take a scoop during the day.I purchased honey lemon, made a warm tea and it tasted fine. I’ve considered just taking 1/2 scoop but have since decided I might be better off without it.
