how many washes can i get out of the gallon bottle?

Since I use this from a pressurized spray bottle, I assume that I am spraying about one ounce.A gallon equals 128 ounces, therefore, I should get around 100 washes. Give or take - YMMV

Does this one cleans glass well/windows?

It cleans exterior glass well, but it's expensive for that purpose. I use non winter formula Rain-X wiper fluid (green) for exterior glass cleaning.

How is this product different from their speed shine? i love speed shine so wondering why i would get this over speed shine?

The speed shine is for use on a vehicle that is already clean and you just want to spruce it up. The spray on car wash is a "waterless" cleaner that you can actually wash away dirt, dust and road grime safely. I use the product on road tours with our corvette club. Every 4-500 miles we stop for the night and most of us use the spray on car wash to clean up for the next route. There is no need to look for car washes. It takes off the heavy dirt without scratching the vehicle.

Is this concentrate? Is it meant to be diluted?

No, it is not meant to be diluted. You use it directly from the bottle w/spray applicator.
