36" Rolling 3 Tiers Expandable Wheeled Duffle Bag / Lightweight Spinner Suitcase Luggage (22" x 14" x 36")

Item arrived just fine and on time. I purchased this bag for a trip to Europe thinking it has wheels and should roll easily and that since it is expandable that I have some space to pack gifts for the family. Also it compresses flat when empty so is easy to store.Well, it expanded and stores plenty of stuff just fine, but thats why I can justify giving it a star.I soon began to realize this bag was not built or designed for travel. The first thing I noticed was that there is no handle that is convenient to hold in order to pull the bag. I had to use one end of the top compression strap has a handle. This also meant that I had to expand the bag to make it tall enough to pull.Next, once I got out of the smooth-floored airport and onto a sidewalk, I found that the wheels are hard and make a horribly loud noise when rolling. Then, after two trips from a train station to a hotel, one of those horrible wheels broke off. Upon further inspection, two other wheels were about to fall off.This bag became known, within our group, as the "Bag of Sadness" and any walk outside or on an escalator with the bag became a "Walk of Shame".Luckily we have some friends in Oberursel Germany who own a store called Rompel. I purchased a new bag from their store for the remainder of my journey.Unfortunately, by the time I returned home from Europe and sat down to return the bag of sadness, I was outside of the return period by 4 days :(.So, unless you plan to use this bag solely for storing a large amount of stuff and like the fact that it compresses flat for storage, do not buy this bag.

I disliked 1 bag ripped at bottom after 2 flights snd 2nd bag did the same on the return home flight. Utterly was a disastrous travel. Yet, company refunded payment fully and immediately; that was customer service recovery.

Do not purchase this bag! It took it with me to Europe and all but 2 of the wheels feel off as I was going around the train stations. It was very frustrating having to drag this bag around with no wheels. I was forced to purchase another bag while abroad.
